In a mysterious and surreal middle zone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of multiple characters intertwine with each other in surprising and mysterious ways. Negin and Nazgol, elementary school students, find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and attempt to claim it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly bewildered group of tourists to a secret refugee camp.
