Parthenope is a woman named after her city. In Greek myth, Parthenope is the siren who committed suicide after failing to charm Odysseus.
In the film, Parthenope embodies the city of Naples

A room full of cinephiles & movie addicts
I saw this piece of art at the Cannes Film Festival in the Louis Lumière grand auditorium. The theater was filled with a special nostalgic/joyful/emotional atmosphere that I had never felt before.
Many tears of gratitude flowed down my face
And that’s just because of the cinema experience. And I hope with all my heart that it never ends.

Watching a movie with others on a very big screen always makes a big difference compared to home theaters. I recommend you only watch this movie in a theater.
