After a top-secret experiment goes awry, a hyper-intelligent, invisible predator escapes from a lab and begins wreaking havoc in the area. When the creature’s identity is revealed, it quickly becomes clear that a scorned paleontologist – along with his ex-girlfriend, an unstable amusement park security guard and a local chicken farmer – is the town’s only hope of surviving the predator’s voracious onslaught.
