Inspired by an actual Hong Kong court case, THE PROSECUTOR tells the story of a man who, after being framed, falsely confesses to drug dealing. Despite his confession, the veteran cop-turned-prosecutor (Donnie Yen) on the case is convinced of the man’s innocence and conducts his own investigation, risking both his career and his life to bring the real perpetrator to justice.
